Recent Publications He has published in Spanish Linguistics on topics dealing with historical phonology, historical syntax, modern syntax, and second-language learning. He is co-author of Al Corriente (3rd ed.), a second-year Spanish textbook based on authentic reading materials, and chief academic adviser for Nuevos Destinos CD-ROM, a joint project of McGraw-Hill, Annenberg PCB projects, and WGBH Boston.
