Emily Davidson Hola! My name is Emily Davidson and I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Latin American Literatures and Cultural Studies. I come from Tacoma, Washington, where I was a Spanish Instructor at Pacific Lutheran University. Before that, I completed my M.A. at Middlebury College in Vermont and Madrid, Spain, and then lived in Spain for four years. My mixed background (my family is Panamanian, Cuban and Scotch-Irish) and my travels have greatly influenced my passion for teaching about the diversity of the Spanish-speaking world. I also love playing my flute, cooking with my husband, and chilling out through Hatha yoga! I hope you are excited for Spanish 1, because I am thrilled to be your teacher! |
