PROFILE

Hi! My name is Chelsea Escalante and I am a graduate student in Hispanic Linguistics. I was born in California, raised in Oregon, and have been living in the Bay Area for the past several years while teaching Spanish at Santa Clara University. I learned Spanish as a second language myself and now love studying all sorts of aspects of language learning. I also love spending time with my family, especially my two kids, who brighten my days and encourage me to work toward my career goals.
